How long will it take to deliver my order?
The delivery time of your order depends on your location. For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, the following delivery times apply:
- Netherlands : 1-2 working days (ordered before 12:00, shipped the same working day)
- Belgium : 1-3 working days (ordered before 12:00, shipped the same working day)
- Germany: 2-4 working days (Always shipped the next working day)
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that during busy periods such as the holidays, delivery times may be longer than indicated.
For shipments within the Netherlands , we use PostNL and DHL. Orders to Belgium are shipped exclusively via PostNL. For deliveries to Germany , we work with DPD or PostNL. This allows us to offer multiple reliable shipping partners, ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly.
What are the shipping costs?
With us, you enjoy free shipping (NL) on all orders over €65. For orders under this amount, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs. For smaller items, such as letterbox-sized packages (e.g., a single tea towel), we charge €4.95 in shipping costs.
How do we package your order?
We carefully package your tableware to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged. We use special protective materials like bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes to protect each piece during transport. We strive to reuse as much recyclable protective material as possible from our manufacturers. This way, you can be confident that your tableware will arrive in perfect condition, while also doing our part for the environment.
Did you find something broken or damaged during shipping?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product gets damaged during shipping. If this happens to you, please follow the steps below:
- Take a photo of the broken or damaged product.
- Please send this photo to info@corneliaservies.nl within 24 hours of receipt, along with your order number and your name and address.
- We will assess the situation and do our utmost to find a suitable solution for you.

How can I return my order?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Follow these steps to arrange your return:
- Contact us: Send an email to info@corneliaservies.nl to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (this is optional).
- Pack your product carefully: Make sure the item is in its original packaging and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Return your package: Send your package to the specified return address: Cornelia Servies, Katschiplaan 140, 2496 ZN, The Hague. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Keep your proof of postage: Please make sure you keep your proof of postage until we have processed your return.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation and the amount of your purchase will be refunded to your account.
Order a gift?
How lovely! Please indicate in the comments section at checkout that it's a gift. We'll take care of festive packaging! Also let us know if it's for a birthday, wedding, or baby shower, for example, so we can arrange appropriate packaging.
Would you like to include a personal message?
A personal message makes a gift even more special. Leave your message in the comments section, and I'll carefully handwrite it on a card in my finest handwriting. The card will be included with your order.
Have it delivered directly?
Want to have the gift sent directly to the recipient? No problem! You can enter a different delivery address at checkout. Do you have specific requests or are you having trouble entering everything? Feel free to email us at info@corneliaservies.nl
Can the color of the tableware differ from what I see on my screen?
Yes, the colors of our products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This can be due to several factors, such as your monitor settings or the type of screen you're using. We do our best to display the colors as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about specific colors, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Why can't I order anymore?
You can only order what's currently in stock. If a product is no longer available, it means it's currently out of stock and therefore can't be ordered. We're working to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on the website for availability updates.
What are the conditions for discount codes?
The discount code's validity is stated in our newsletter or our partner's newsletter. The discount does not apply to existing orders and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. The discount is automatically applied in your shopping cart and is not applied retroactively. This offer is valid while supplies last.
