Shipping Costs – The Netherlands

Free shipping on orders over €50.
For orders below €50,-  shipping costs are €6.95.

  • Tableware orders under €50: €6.95 shipping fee.
  • Textile items, if possible shipped via letterbox post with track & trace: €4.95.
  • You will receive a track & trace code from us to follow your shipment.
  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee this delivery time. (Public holidays, busy periods at the carrier, and adverse weather conditions may cause delays.)

Package Not Delivered or Not Collected

Has your parcel been returned to Cornelia Servies because it was not collected from a DHL or PostNL service point? Would you still like to receive your order?

No problem! For reshipping, we will charge the shipping costs again. You will receive a payment link from us, after which we will immediately resend your parcel.

Shipping Costs – Belgium

Free delivery on orders over €100
For orders below €100, shipping costs are €9.95.

You will receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

Delivery time: 2–3 working days.
This is an indication and cannot be guaranteed, as we have no influence over the carrier. (Public holidays, busy periods at the carrier, and adverse weather conditions may cause delays.)

Shipping Costs – Germany

Shipping costs are €11.95.

You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order.

Delivery time: 2–5 working days.
This is an indication. We cannot guarantee delivery times and have no control over our shipping partners. (During national and international public holidays, your order may take longer to arrive than stated.)

Shipping Costs Northern Europe

The shipping costs are €27.95.
The following countries are part of Northern Europe: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, and Sweden.

Do you live outside the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany and would like to place an order? No problem! Simply send us an email with the products you would like to order. We will inform you about the available shipping options and the corresponding costs.

This way, you will know exactly what to expect in advance, and we can quickly prepare your order.

Secure and Free Online Payment Shopify

At Cornelia Servies, you can pay securely online. For online payments, we use the secure payment system of Shopify. Payments via Shopify are safe because your bank details are always protected during online transactions.

We do not charge additional fees for the payment methods listed below.

iDEAL
Supported by Dutch banks. If you use online banking, iDEAL is the easiest way to pay online. You complete your payment in a secure environment provided by your bank.

PayPal
An online payment method that allows you to make payments easily and securely. To use this method, you need to create a PayPal account.

Bancontact
An online payment method in Belgium. Payments from a Belgian bank account can be made via Bancontact.

Belfius
An online payment method in Belgium. Payments from a Belgian bank account can be made via Belfius.

Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you transfer the outstanding amount to Cornelia Servies. Please always include your order number with your payment (you will receive an order confirmation by email).

Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped. Payment must be received within 7 days. After 7 days, your order will automatically be cancelled if payment has not been received.

Klarna – Pay Later 
Klarna Pay Later is an online payment method offered via Shopify Payments. Your order payment will be processed through Klarna’s pay later service.
